`*`科室简介：	<p> 大连医科大学附属第二医院是大连市最早开展超声诊断的工作的医院（1960年），也是独立设置超声诊断科最早的单位（1985年）。目前为大连市一级重点学科。是大连医科大学医学影像学专业硕士学位授予点，现有硕士研究生导师7名。本学科专业人员梯队合理，现有医生15名，硕士学位以上医生10名，其中3名博士，素质较高、年轻实干，且有丰富临床经验，对心血管、腹部、妇产、浅表脏器常见病的诊断符合率均达95%以上；对疑难病例的诊断也有较高水平。率先在大连市开展术中超声监视下先心病（房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭）封堵术、放疗及化疗对心脏毒性损伤的组织多普勒检测；在介入性超声方面我科是国内最早开展超声引导下宫外孕杀胚技术的单位，也是全市率先开展超声引导下肝癌射频消融技术、穿刺细胞和组织活检技术、超声监视下输卵管双氧水通液技术、超声引导下下肝、肾置管引流术、经直肠探头前列腺穿刺活检等新技术的单位。除了高质量完成临床诊断任务和广泛开展新技术外，我科还有十分扎实和雄厚的科研工作基础，自1996年以来，我科主持辽宁省科委自然科学基金项目、辽宁省教委基金项目共12项，参加国家自然科学基金项目2项，共计75万元资助。在国家级科技核心期刊共发表论文近150篇，据中国超声医学杂志统计，2001－2004年我科在该杂志发表的论文量排东北地区第二位，排全国第13位。主持和参加的科研课题获省科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖共16项；市科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖共10项。市新技术奖6项。承担专科、本科、研究生及留学生等不同层次的超声教学任务。夏稻子教授为医学本科学生、医学影像专业学生主编的教材《超声诊断学教程》（1、2版），被列为21世纪医学院校教材，已被十几所医学院校使用，教材与多媒体课件获得大连市优秀成果一等奖及辽宁省教学成果三等奖。目前拥有各种型号的高档彩色超声诊断仪10台，为临床和科研工作的开展提供了强有力的保障。</p> <p> Introduction of Department of Diagnostic Ultrasound of 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University The 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University was the first hospital which developed the work of diagnostic ultrasound in Dalian (1960) and was also the first hospital which set up independent department of diagnostic ultrasound (1960). Now the department is the key subject of 1 grade of Dalian city. It has the right to authorize the master degree of medical imaging of Dalian medical University. Now there are seven advisers for master degree in the department. There are 15 doctors in the department, among them 10 doctors have master degree and 3 doctors are PhD. The doctors are young with high quality and experiences. The diagnostic rate of diseases in heart, vessels, abdomen and superficial organs is more than 95%. The department took the lead in doing the following works in Dalian: the transcatheter occlusion under the guidance of ultrasound to treat congenital heart diseases ( ASD, VSD, PDA), the tissue Doppler evaluation of injure to heart by chemotherapy and actinotherapy, the treatment of ectopic pregnancy under guidance of ultrasound by killing the embryo, the ablation of hepatic carcinoma under the guidance of ultrasound, tissue biopsy, drainage of liver abscess and hydronephrosis . The department presided 12 natural scientific funds and participate in 2 national natural scientific funds. Almost 150 articles were published in the national grade magazines. The department was awarded 10 awards of science and technology of Liaoning province including first, second and third prizes, 10 awards of science and technology of Dalian city including first, second and third prizes and 6 awards of new techniques of Dalian city. The department assumed the teaching tasks of diagnostic ultrasound for Acad, undergraduates, graduates and oversea students. The book“The Tutorial of Diagnostic Ultrasound” edited by Professor Xia Daozi was ranked the teaching material of 21 century and was used by many universities. The teaching material and multimedia courseware won the first and third prizes of Liaoning Province and Dalian city respectively. Now the department has 10 advance color Doppler equipments which lay the solid foundation for clinical and scientific researching work.</p>
