`*`科室简介：	<p> 超声诊断科有高档彩超仪3台、高档B超仪5台，其中有PHILPS公司生产的最新全数字化高档彩超iu22型1台和HDI-5000型2台，配有腹部、浅表、阴道及直肠探头，具有二维、三维、CDFI、造影及介入等功能。黑白B超仪5台，配有术中探头。开展全身各部位及脏器的肿瘤超声诊断，以及各脏器介入性超声诊断及治疗，包括经阴道、直肠腔内超声及术中超声。在省内具有特色的项目有：⑴1985年率先在省内开展胃肠道肿瘤超声诊断。⑵1986年率先在省内开展介入性超声在胸腹部肿瘤的应用。超声引导下行各脏器针吸活检上万人次，穿刺部位多达20多个，阳性率达80%以上。⑶1987年率先在国内超声界报道了B超引导下瘤内注射无水酒精治疗肝癌。⑷1992年率先在省内开展B超诊断慢性胃炎。(5)获厅科研成果二等奖2项，三等奖1项。</p> <p> The department is equipped with 3 sets of advanced Color Doppler Ultrasound Instruments and 5 sets of B-type Ultrasound instruments, 1 set of newest generation digital iu22 and 2 sets of HDI-5000 instruments with probes of abdomen, surface, vagina and rectum, with 2D、3D、CDFI, contrast and interventional ultrasound etc. B-type ultrasound instruments have intraoperation probe.</p> <p> The department develops ultrasound diagnosis for different organs of the whole body, different internal organs of abdomen, cervical position, breast, soft tissues and peripheral vessels, expect heart, and intracavitary diagnosis of vagine, rectum, intraoperative diagnosis.</p> <p> It initiated special items in Fujian province: ①Ultrasound diagnosis for tumors of gastrointestine in 1985. ② Application of interventional ultrasound in chest and abdomen tumors in 1986. Various kinds of aspiration biopsy have been carried out for ten thousands cases under the guidance of ultrasonography since 1986, involving more than 20 internal organs, with 80% diagnosis positive rate. ③ First using pure alcohol injection for liver cancer under the guidance of ultrasonography and reported in 1987. ④ First completion of B-type ultrasound diagnosis of chronic gastritis in Fujian province in 1992. ⑤ It was awarded scientific achievements with 2 items second prizes and 1 item third prize from Health Department of province. </p>
