血液科复建于1987年，1994年科室独立，历经二十年的建设，已发展成为技术精良、经验丰富的血液病科室。现有病床44张（移植病床4张）。医护人员40余人，其中教授2名，副教授4名。科室具有博士学位者2人。科室为硕士研究生培养点，卫生部住院医师培训基地，每年承担上述人员的培训任务。 血液病房病种齐全，年出院病人1200余人，符合教学医院的教学要求。配备拥有先进仪器设备的实验室，建立了较完善的临床科研体系。血液科及相关医技科室能够开展骨髓形态学、免疫学分型、染色体分析、融合基因及白血病微小残留病的分子生物学检测，并以此指导诊断，实施个体化治疗，使血液科的工作立足于细胞及分子生物学水平。 科室主要研究方向为血液恶性肿瘤的发生机制及治疗策略，已经开展了外周血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液肿瘤，近期开展的蛋白酶体抑制剂治疗多发性骨髓瘤、中高剂量化疗治疗高危恶性血液肿瘤、双诱导方案治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病等已经取得良好的效果，并成为科室的特色之一。目前拟依照WHO最新公布的白血病及淋巴瘤诊断标准，对病人从临床、细胞学、细胞遗传学、基因、免疫表型等特点进行细胞及分子水平的诊断，从而进行个体化治疗。 医疗和教学推动科研，科研拉动医疗进步是血液科的发展方向，我们将持之以恒的进行学科建设，提高科室的整体诊治水平，为患者提供更好的服务。 本科室著名专家：宋振兰 教授 科室主 任：闫金松 科室副主任：王晓波 科室护士长：武克宇

    Introduction of Department of Hematology Department of Hematology was established as a division of general medicine in 1987 and as an independent department in 1994. It has developed into a department filled with abundant medical experience and skilled techniques. The department possesses forty-four hospital beds and more than forty staffs, in which two were titled with full professor and four with adjunct professor. There are two staffs with Doctor’s degree. It plays a role for postgraduates and residents training as the bases for master degree and residents training of Ministry of Health Department of Hematology with more than 1200 outpatients per year provides abundant resources of hematological disorders and is fulfilled with the requirements for teaching hospital. It has formed a relatively integrated research system with lab equipped with advanced apparatus. Department of hematology and correlated divisions have expanded analyses of marrow morphology, immuno-typing, kareotype analysis, fusion gene amplification, and detection of minimal residual disease (MRD), and so on. The medical diagnosis and treatment are based on findings of cellular and molecular biology through the above detections to perform individual therapies for patients. Pathogenesis and therapy strategies of hematological malignancies are major subjects of department of hematology. We had ever expanded autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation for hematological cancers. Recently novel treatments, which include multiple myeloma treated with proteasome inhibitor, high-risk hematological malignancies with medium- or high- dosage chemotherapy, and acute promyelocytic leukemia with double-induction regimens, have made good achievements and grown into one of characters of the department. Presently we will give patients diagnosis depending on clinical presentations combined with aberrant characters on morphology, cytogenetics, gene, immuo-typing, and so on so that individual therapies would be performed. We deem it our guideline that medical practice and education will raise medical researches and researches will guide the development of medicine.
