大连医科大学附属第二医院检验科是集医、教、研于一体的临床试验室，是医院重要的临床医技科室之一，科室配备有技术先进、品质优良的大型检验医学设备，担负着全院绝大多数的临床检验工作，真正做到了为临床诊疗工作提供客观、准确的检验医学信息和优质、高效的服务。 检验科现有员工42人，其中具有高级职称12人，包括硕士研究生导师2人，中级职称19人；学历构成情况为硕士7人，硕士在读2人，本科22人，90%为大专及大专以上学历；学术兼职情况为辽宁省医学会检验医学专科分会常务委员1人（兼任大连市检验医学分会副主任委员、大连市卫生局检验医学质量控制委员会副主任委员），辽宁省输血学会常务委员1人（兼任大连市输血学会委员），大连市临床免疫与微生物学分会委员1人（兼任《大连医科大学学报》编委）。检验科现设临检、临床化学、临床免疫、临床微生物、细胞形态学及急诊六个专业组，技术力量雄厚，拥有Hitachi7600型、OlympusAU1000型全自动生化分析仪、强生Vitro250型全自动生化分析仪、德灵Dimension Xpand Plus型全自动生化分析仪、SysmexSE-9000、迈瑞5500型五分类血细胞分析仪、SysmexCA-1500型血凝仪、SysmexUF-100尿沉渣分析仪、贝克曼库尔特array360型、德灵BN2型全自动特定蛋白分析仪、德国罗氏2010型电化学发光分析仪、德灵Walkaway全自动细菌及药敏鉴定仪、生物梅里埃BacT/ALERT 3D全自动微生物培养检测系统、美国BD公司FACSCalibur流式细胞仪等大型检验医学设备，检验科共开展200多项常见检验项目，急诊24小时开放，并及时发放检验报告，80%以上的常规检验项目能于当天准确报告。科室于2005年上半年基本完成科室医院计算机（LIS）与（HIS）联网，检验信息实行计算机管理，几经升级、完善，目前的Lis系统功能日益强大，已经逐步实现检验标本条码管理、检验结果及时传输或查询等、检验项目质控管理以及日常工作分门别类的统计、报表等工作，提高了工作效率。 检验科在完成大量临床试验工作的基础上，每年还承担着大连医科大学检验学院在校学生的部分专业理论课的授课，及检验医学生、外来进修人员等实习、带教任务，努力为检验事业的发展做出我们自己的贡献。

    The Laboratory Department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University is the clinical lab combining medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. It is one of the important technological departments of our hospital. It owns advanced , good-quality and large medical equipments. It carries out most clinical lab works and provides objective and exact medical information, and high quality and effective services for patients. Among the 42 staff, there are 12 experts or professors with the title of a senior technical post , including 2 master tutors, 19 staff with middle title. Their education backgrounds are as follows: 7 masters, 2 master’s degree candidates, 22 undergraduates, 90% associate degree or above .Their part-time academic posts are as follows:1 standing commissary in Laboratory Branch of Medical Association of Liaoning Province(also vice -chairman commissary in Laboratory Branch of Medical Association of Dalian, vice-chairman commissary in Laboratory Quality Control Committee of Dalian Sanitation Bureau ), 1 standing commissary of Transfusion Association of Liaoning Province( also commissary of Transfusion Association of Dalian), 1 Clinical Immunology and Microbiology Association Branch( also editor in Journal of Dalian Medical University). The Laboratory Department consists of clinical lab, clinical chemistry lab, clinical immunology lab, clinical microbiology lab, cell morphology lab, emergency lab. It owns abundant technological power, provided with large-scale testing of medical equipments including Hitachi 7600, Olympus AU 1000 Auto Biochemistry Analyzer, Vitro 250 Auto Biochemistry Analyzer, Dimension Xpand Plus Auto Biochemistry Analyzer, SysmexSE-9000, 5500 Blood Cell Analyzer of five Classification, SysmexCA-1500 Blood Coagulation Analyzer, SysmexUF-100 Urine Sediment Analyzer， Beckman-Coulter Array 360， BN2 Auto Special Protein Analyzer, 2010 Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer, Walkaway Auto Bacteria and Drug-sensitivity Identification Equipment, BacT/ALERT 3D , Auto Microbial Culture Detection System, and FACSCalibur Flow Cytometer, etc. The Laboratory Department carries out more than 200 common test items. Emergency lab is open for 24 hours ensuring timely access of test reports. Above 80% routine test items reports can be send out correctly on the same day of blood-extracting. The Laboratory Department completed networking of LIS and HIS in the first half of 2005., through which the lab information can be administered by computers. After several upgrade and perfection, Lis function has been strengthened step by step. Test samples are administered by barcode. Test results can be transported and inquired promptly. Tests items quality-control management, and classified statistical work can also be done easily. Networking of LIS and HIS has improved work efficiency greatly. In addition to doing a large number of clinical lab works, the Laboratory Department provides to the students of Laboratory College of Dalian Medical University with professional theory courses. It also takes on the role of internship of laboratory medical students, and training staff attending in an advanced studies. The staff in the Laboratory Department will contribute all the efforts to the development of Laboratory cause.
